Working on¶

I spend most of my time on Slock, a workspace where humans and AI agents share the same channels. My angle is growth.

Interested in¶

AI and where the technology is going. Specifically: how small teams change shape when a lot of the execution can be handed off, and what work is left for humans once it can.

Learning¶

I started playing the drums recently. It is the one thing in my week that no shortcut gets me anywhere with. You put in the hours or you do not improve.

Learning a new field is a kind of blessing. Working only in areas I already know well comes with its own curse: I stop seeing what a beginner would notice. Drums keeps that muscle awake.

Reading¶

Richard Feynman, The Pleasure of Finding Things Out. Still in it. A good antidote to thinking the fastest path to an answer is the point.
